In PowerPoint for eLearning 201: Finding, Editing, and Creating Vector Graphics, students have the chance to go beyond what is covered in the 101 course to focus on vector graphics during hands-on, interactive activities within PowerPoint.

Now that the Microsoft Clip Art Gallery is gone, learn how you can find graphics that can be used and edited within PowerPoint.

  • Ungrouping Vector Graphics and Drawings to create new art

There’s no need to accept cookie cutter images when you can ungroup existing graphics and drawings to edit and customize them.

  • Editing Points

Did you know all ungrouped drawing images can be edited at the point level for endless customization? You’ll learn how to do this and get a chance to hone your skills at this advanced PowerPoint feature.

  • Drawing Custom Art

After you have learned how to edit and customize existing vector graphics and drawings, we’ll dive in to creating your own images from scratch using PowerPoint’s drawing tools.

About Your Instructor

AJ Walther is IconLogic's Lead eLearning Graphic Designer and Technical Communicator.  She is the author of both "PowerPoint 2007: The Essentials" and "PowerPoint 2008 for the Macintosh: The Essentials." AJ created her own interdisciplinary studies major, focusing on writing and art. Her combined expertise in PowerPoint, graphic design, and writing allows her to bring a unique skillset to the eLearning community.
