Absentee Policy Under specific circumstances will Super Simplistic Solutions permit an employee to take time off from work without compensation. Circumstances and internal work schedules will dictate where and when this type of leave will be allowed. Any request for leave of this type must be cleared in advance by your division manager and with the approval of the division VP and president. During such leave your health/life coverage may be maintained for a period not to exceed 30 days, but in no case will there be an additional accrual of sick or vacation leave. You should notify your supervisor in writing at the earliest possible date of intent to request leave. The request should state the reason for leave, indicate the anticipated length of absence, and be accompanied by applicable documents (physician's statement, letter of acceptance from college, etc.).
