Microsoft PowerPoint for eLearning 101: An Overview of Using PowerPoint to Improve eLearning Design (and fast!)

Students who attend our popular Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and TechSmith Camtasia Studio classes tell us that their eLearning content often begins in Microsoft PowerPoint. And why not? Just about everyone has PowerPoint installed on their computer. However, PowerPoint isn’t an eLearning development tool. It cannot create software simulations, videos, quizzes, integrate with Learning Management Systems, or provide high-end learner interactivity.

If you’ve created or inherited a eLearning PowerPoint presentation, how can you ensure that it will be an effective addition to your corporate eLearning and training initiatives? After you've locked down your content, it's all about the design. Our PowerPoint for eLearning 101: An Overview of Using PowerPoint to Improve eLearning Design class, led by a professional eLearning and graphic designer, is fully interactive and hands-on. Utilizing real-world structured exercises, this class coaches you through fundamental eLearning and design concepts and best practices to assure effective use of PowerPoint as a design tool.
