CSS Styles Training Deep Dive

Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) control the formatting of any web page. From basic fonts, colors, and alignments… to borders, spacing, and placement of objects--CSS is extremely powerful! The magic of CSS lies in the ability to combine formats together. Then if you change one item, it will automatically update your whole web page--or even your entire website!

In this 3-hour CSS Styles training class, you will learn the basics of the different kinds of styles and the syntax of selectors and declarations… and even what selectors and declarations are!

Who should attend this class?

Anyone who wants to learn more about the formatting of a website. All you need is a basic text editor such as Notepad (PC) or TextEdit (Mac) and a browser. Knowledge of basic HTML codes is mandatory.

Where is this class held?

This is a live, online class led by a field expert; and just like an in-person class, it is fully interactive and engaging. The difference between an online and onsite class? No travel! You can participate from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection. Many of our students choose to stay home from work on these training days, some never even changing out of their slippers! Where applicable, students are able to speak with and hear from the instructor and other participants throughout the course as they work in real-time to complete activities.

Jennie is fantastic! I'm taking both the beginner and the advanced [Adobe Captivate] class even though I used Captivate years ago and have figured out the new version enough to get by. I figured I would learn new things in the beginner class and I'm definitely not disappointed! I'll be much more efficient now after just day 1 of the beginner class.
