Great class (RoboHelp) - very detailed. Appreciate having the book in front of me as well. Love that William has each participant take turns sharing their screen to demo what he is explaining. He is extremely patient, flexible and easy to follow. Really learned a lot today, and I'm excited about jumping into more content tomorrow!
