The software referenced in the book include MS Word 2000, Adobe FrameMaker 5.5, FullShot 2000, and EHelp's RoboHelp HTML 9. None of this software comes with the book. You must purchase the software separately or obtain demo versions from the manufacturers. As of this writing, FullShot and RoboHelp HTML 9 are both available as downloadable demos. Instructions for obtaining these demos are also in the book.
