To attend this class, all you’ll need is the free trial version of Camtasia 9).
Note: The trial software lasts for 30 days. Don't install the trial until a few days prior to your class.**
Where is this class held?
This is a live, online class led by a field expert; and just like an in-person class, it is fully interactive and engaging. The difference between an online and onsite class? No travel! You can participate from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection. Many of our students choose to stay home from work on these training days, some never even changing out of their slippers! Where applicable, students are able to speak with and hear from the instructor and other participants throughout the course as they work in real-time to complete activities.
Need something a little more personal?
We understand your team might have specific training needs and we would love to work with you. We offer both online and on-site instructor-led, fully customizeable courses tailored to your training needs.
By the time you have completed this course, you will be able to record screen actions on your computer using the Camtasia Recorder. You'll take the recording into the Camtasia and learn how to use the Timeline, add assets from the Clip Bin and Library, and how to publish content for the widest possible audience.
You’ll use the Camtasia Recorder to record screen actions. Along the way you’ll learn some best practices for creating the best recording possible.
You’ll take your recording into the Camtasia Editor and add features such as Callouts, Behaviors, Images, and Audio. You’ll also learn how to work with the Timeline, allowing you to precisely control when objects appear on the Canvas.
No project is complete until it’s available for your learners. You’ll Share (also known as rendering or publishing) your project so it will be available to learners on all kinds of devices. You’ll learn to add your content to YouTube, Vimeo, your own server, and even Screencast.com.
