Using TechSmith Camtasia 9, you can quickly create eLearning for just about anything (computer software or PowerPoint presentations) and post your completed lessons on your web server, Learning Management System, YouTube, Vimeo, or Screencast.com. Your lessons can include videos of actions taken on your computer, animations, audio, quizzes and surveys.

This step-by-step workbook will introduce you to the essential Camtasia 9 skills you need to know to get up and running with Camtasia as quickly as possible.

To complete the lessons presented in this book, you will need the following software and hardware: TechSmith Camtasia version 9; Microsoft Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, or Windows 10 (Required: 64 Bit versions only); 2.0 GHz CPU with dual-core processor minimum (Recommended: Quad-core i5 processor or better); 4 GB RAM minimum (Recommended: 8 GB or more); 2 GB of hard-disk space for program installation; Display dimensions of 1024x768 or greater.

You will need to download the book’s data assets that have been created specifically to support this book (instructions for downloading the data assets are in the About This Book section at the beginning of the book). Finally, you will learn how to record a PowerPoint presentation on page 146. You will need PowerPoint 2007 or newer to complete those activities.

<> This is honestly one of THE best online courses I've ever taken. And I take a lot of online courses and webinars. The only other one that ever came close was also from IconLogic - so you're obviously doing something right! Today was not a good day for me to take this. We had a major event yesterday -after months of preparation - and I am completely exhausted. I honestly thought I wouldn't make it past the first hour and have to rely on the recording.
