v101806: This was the first published version of the book

v110506: Minor corrections made to a half dozen pages

v110906: The LMS shown in the last module of the book was just updated by the LMS vendor. The newest version of the LMS software uses the term Catalog instead of Curriculum. The book was updated with a few new screen shots and steps to match the updated LMS.

v120606: Added blurb about users needing PowerPoint and Word installed. If these applications are not installed, several Captivate features will not work. Other minor corrections made.
